9a4169e50d index now redirects to ticket_submit 
If the application is to be integrated into the lehrerportal it wouldn't
need authentication at the beginning

f055f8943f Added proper lock and favicon 
Implemented not being able to go to ticket_submit if not unlocked. Also
added favicon to display in address bar (from csg-germering.de). Deleted
unnessecary files.
